I wanted to give everyone a dose of Munson. Recently, a graduate of UK's percussion studio, Jordan Munson, went to IUPUI to continue his studies. There he has been a pioneer in new music, both composing and performing. He's made huge advances in live music/art including his most notable advances using the IPOD Touch, which he uses to generate live music and digital visual media. He's truly an American Innovator, and believe that if I didn't mention him during this class, that everyone would be missing out on experiencing another new form of expression.

As a side-note: his piece Monothide is performed exclusively on IPOD Touch, including the visual aspects at the same time as the audio.
